RULES

Fish care – number one priority
All fishermen must be in possession of a Carp Care Kit
Please ensure that any fish caught are given plenty of time to recover in the water
prior to being weighed and photographed
Fish can be retained in a landing net or floating retaining sling for a maximum of
five minutes to have time to ready oneself for pictures etc
The use of a well-padded unhooking mat or cradle is required for all fish caught
Any Photos and Weights of fish caught would be appreciated for our records

All fish must be carefully returned to the lake

All anglers must be in possession of an EA rod License
No visitors allowed
All nets and weigh slings must be dry on arrival and submerged in our dip tank
Large well-padded unhooking mats or cradles must be used and submerged in our dip tank
Barbless or micro barbs only to be used
No fixed leads, safe rigs only
No braided main line or line under a 12lb min breaking strain
No lead core, non-stretch leaders or naked line. Leader or Tubing is required
Bailiffs have the right to check rigs
Rods must not be left unattended
3 rod limit
Only good quality baits to be used
No partical baits to be used
House pellets can be purchased from the fishery
Min 42-inch-wide landing net required
No nuts
No bait boats, guns, or fires
No loud music or shouting across the lake
No dogs
Swimming strictly forbidden
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
All Vehicles to park in fishery car park at all times
10 mph speed limit on track leading to the lake
Shower/Toilet and cabin to be kept and left clean
We do not accept any liability for Loss or damage of any property
All rubbish must be put into bins provided or taken home

A 50% deposit is taken at the time of the booking
Up to 8 weeks before you will get a full refund on cancelling.
Bookings cancelled between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival date, will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge of your deposit (ie 25% of the overall booking cost) however, you may switch your dates subject to availability
Full payment needs to be received 4 weeks before arrival date and is non-refundable
Cancellations can ONLY be made by sending an email to info@carp-fishery.com quoting the online booking confirmation number in the email.
On cancellation, the money will be credited to the same account used for making the booking within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit the full amount of the booking
We reserve the right to cancel any booking
